The Importance Of Knowledge Management
In stock trading there are different kinds of trades that can be done such as futures, forex, and a lot more. It is based on technical and fundamental analysis of market trends. It is often believed that a successful trader or investor needs to think and analyze the market, since both regiments are technical and fundamental.
In other words, these markets are not reliable alone, and it is needed to put both of them in action. But, the most difficult part of trading in this industry is to keep the balance between the fundamental and technical analysis of the industry, and to decide which of them is reliable in a critical situation.
By statistics, both of the bullish and the bearish trends have the same probability. But, by repeating a single trade in a wide or in a longer period of time, the chance of succeeding or winning should be close to 50%; then again most of traders lose in some way. In a rough estimate, only 10% of traders are succeeding and winning, which are normally the major players and traders like the banks, financial institutes, brokers and professional traders. This is actually based on the assumption that the amount of money invested in the business is constant, and certainly someone has to lose when someone wins. This is actually an evident situation in forex trading.
According to the most solid strategy and techniques in stock trading, people will usually try to mix up their fundamental and the technical analysis strategies; however, this is the worst and critical method from the knowledge management point of view. Knowledge management is actually based on the same fact that ‘science is not prior to the knowledge’; and in the present case, science is actually akin to the trader’s skill and knowledge level to analyze the data available.
To make money with your trading system, you need to determine what level of knowledge you need to make your decisions on which shares to buy. Then you need to follow proper stock tips and ideas to make it work.
