This is highly helpful to those who are planning to lose weight because sugary treats usually contain a high amount of calories thus the more you cut down the fewer calories you take in. The length of the diet may vary but you should do this diet for at least seven days. The trick with this diet is being vigilant. There are so many sugars hidden in a wide variety of products that you can buy in the store is, therefore you should keep your eyes open and always read the labels for the ingredients of every products you buy like ketchup, soups, salad dressings and so on.
