1.) Barbell and Dumbbell Curls – This is a very simple exercise that will work out your biceps. To do this, extend your arms and hold the barbell right in front of you. Now, lift the barbell towards your upper chest and slowly lower it down to complete one count. The same process applies when you are using your dumbbells.

2.) Preacher Curls – With this exercise, you will need to sit on a preacher bench. Using a close grip, hold the weight using both of your hands then slowly lift it towards your upper chest.

3.) Hammer Curls – To perform this exercise, you will need a pair of dumbbells. You can also do this using one arm at a time or both simultaneously. Hold the dumbbells with both hands with both your palms facing your thighs. Lift and then twist the dumbbell as you go up and then lower it down.

4.) Concentration Curls – This exercise is great and will give your biceps their definition. Sit on a bench and open your legs in a somewhat “V” formation. Hold the dumbbell and place your elbow along the inside of your thighs and then start lifting the weight. Remember to keep your elbows pressed against your inner thighs as you perform each curl.
